How do you use the BEPPY Cup?
* Fold the BEPPY Cup and insert the cup into the vagina. Inserting the BEPPY Cup takes some practice, but it soon becomes smooth and easy, just like inserting contact lenses.
* Use two fingers to keep pushing the BEPPY Cup into the right position.
* The BEPPY Cup takes the shape of your body thanks to its soft material.
* Be sure the BEPPY Cup is open by touching the bottom of the cup; it should be completely flat.
* The BEPPY Cup does not have a handle but a loop for removal. You can also remove the cup with a finger.
* Do whatever you want for up to 8 hours :-)
* Remove the menstrual cup via the practical removal loop. Don't worry, it's not possible for it to disappear into your body.

If you are using a menstrual cup for the first time, it is advisable to start with the BEPPY Cup. Please note that you can become pregnant during intercourse while using the BEPPY Cup, unless you use other forms of contraception (e.g. condoms). As with other cups, the BEPPY Cup is not a contraceptive. After intercourse, always wait until the vagina has returned to its “normal” shape before removing the BEPPY Cup.
