The BeppyPanties® are reusable and washable menstrual underwear. You can wear them alone or as a safety barrier for pads, pads, tampons or menstrual cups.

BeppyPanties® are available in different absorbency levels, for a light to a super strong flow. Each pair of BeppyPanties® includes an innovative built-in layered structure; a moisture-wicking topsheet, an absorbent sheet, and an outer leakproof barrier.

BeppyPanties® offer ultimate comfort and a fresh feeling during your period thanks to the innovative "Bloat Swap System". This system allows to customize the fit of the underwear on 3 levels.

It also allows you to easily swap out used underwear for a fresh pair. (More on that below)

WHAT?! Why 2 panties?

Don't worry, both panties are different...because we recognize that a woman's menstruation changes throughout the cycle. That's why we created a simple solution for you to determine which underwear to use according to bleeding level.

2 Clips: Intended for heavy bleeding (25-35ml).
4 clips: For a super heavy flow (35-45 ml).


HUH? What are the clips for?
Beppy calls it the "Bloat Swap System" and it's specifically designed for period comfort.

Perfect fit: you have the underwear in the specified size + the option to go one size larger. You can resize the underwear with the clips on the side. The design is to make you feel comfortable even on days when tummy swells due to menstruation. The Beppy underwear can be extended up to 6 cm to ensure a comfortable fit at all times.

Bloating: Bloating before and during your period is normal, it can be caused by changes in hormone levels like progesterone and estrogen. Gas can make you feel heavy and cause your stomach to swell. That's why you can adjust the tightness of Beppy underwear depending on the day of your cycle, so you can feel comfortable during your period.

Swapping: You can wear the BeppyPanties® 15 hours a day, just like normal underwear. On heavier menstrual days, however, you may have to change your underwear after 8 to 10 hours. Did you know that wearing a pad or period underwear for too long can lead to fungal infections? For this reason you should change the BeppyPanties® often enough. You can easily exchange them anytime, anywhere without having to take off your pants completely.

How do I find the right size?
We recommend making your choice based on whether or not your tummy swells during your period. If the belly bloats a lot during your period, choose the size that fits the swollen days.
If you don't really have a problem with bloating, choose the size that fits on the non-period days.
If you are between sizes, choose the size that fits outside of the period days. The material of the underwear stretches without losing its shape and the clips allow the underwear to be made larger if necessary.

How to use the BeppyPanties®?
Adjust the Beppy panties to perfectly "hugg" your body. When you first get your hands on the BeppyPanties®, make sure the underwear fits you well by adjusting the clips on the side of the underwear to fit your body. You can also change the tightness of the underwear throughout the day if you feel the BeppyPanties® are too tight or too loose. Make sure all clips are set to the same tightness to avoid damaging the bloat swap system.

Change underwear every time you feel full. One way to tell is to check if the side of the underwear is wet. If you notice blood on the seam, this is a good indication that the BeppyPanties® are full.

We recognize that changing underwear can be uncomfortable or impractical for some women. The "bloat swap system" was developed as a practical solution to this. You can take off the BeppyPanties® like normal underwear, or you can easily remove them by opening the clips on both sides. After that, you can store the underwear in the Beppy bag.

It's a good idea to note the difference in absorbance between the two BeppyPanties® to calculate how many hours you have before you should switch to a clean pair.

Why do we have bloating?
Bloating during menstruation is a common symptom, annoying right? But there's a good reason for it. They occur because of hormonal changes and fluid retention in the body. These cause the abdomen to feel swollen and uncomfortable.

Other factors that can lead to bloating during your period include:
* Dietary habits
* Stress
* Constipation

To relieve flatulence, it is recommended:
* Drink plenty of water
* Eat a balanced diet
* To do sport
* Avoiding foods known to cause bloating.

AAAAND, last but not least…

Wearing period panties with adjustable clips can help reduce discomfort throughout the period.

Once again, our BeppyPanties® are specifically designed to increase comfort during your period by allowing you to customize the fit of the underwear. The BeppyPanties® have adjustable clips that you can tighten or loosen as needed. Perfect for those days when we feel like our tummy is about to burst!


Washing instructions:
Wash your BeppyPanties® carefully to keep them in top condition! Place the used underwear in the Wash&Care Bag before washing them in the washing machine at a low temperature (max. 30°). Or hand wash them without bleach or fabric softener. So you protect the underwear from damage in quality, elasticity and fit.

Do not put BeppyPanties® in the dryer or iron them as heat can affect the quality of the underwear. After washing, allow all products including the wash bag to air dry. When you're sure the underwear is completely dry, you can either wear it or save it for next time!
