Morningstar Pharma «Keep It Up» is a food supplement for men containing L-arginine, botanical extracts and zinc. Per two tablets, the formula combines 200 mg L-arginine with 75 mg Tribulus terrestris extract 4:1, 50 mg Muira Puama extract 4:1 and 40 mg Fenusterols from fenugreek. Zinc citrate and selected excipients complete the formulation.

The daily serving contains 38.7 mg zinc citrate, corresponding to 120% of the stated reference intake. A common question concerns how Keep It Up should be taken: the recommended intake is one tablet twice daily with sufficient water, preferably when the stomach is not too full. The stated daily amount of two tablets should not be exceeded.

Each pack contains 60 pieces, providing approximately one month’s supply at the recommended intake. Keep It Up is suitable for adults who want to add L-arginine, zinc, Tribulus terrestris, Muira Puama and fenugreek to their daily nutrition routine.
