The box includes a game board, two playing figures, 90 question and challenge cards, and an instruction leaflet. To start, both figures are placed on the starting field. The deck is shuffled and placed face down. The oldest player begins by drawing a card, reading it aloud, and choosing one of the three options (A, B, or C). According to the choice made, the figure moves in the direction shown by the corresponding arrow. The card is then placed under the deck, and the other player continues.

When both players reach the final field, they compare their results and find out whether they’re more “Kinky,” “Vanilla,” or somewhere in between. Some spaces include erotic mini-challenges that can be completed solo or together – always with mutual consent. If one partner feels uncomfortable, the task can be modified or turned into a fantasy.
