The Splash Blanket “Furlush” Large is a waterproof luxury blanket measuring 200 x 200 cm, designed as a generous cover for beds, sofas or other lounging areas. The top side is made from soft plush fabric, while the reverse features an ultra-soft faux rabbit fur texture, combining tactile comfort with practical protection. Inside, a waterproof inner layer made from 100 % recycled thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) forms a barrier that keeps mattresses and upholstery dry.

The blanket is fully waterproof and absorbent, capable of holding up to 1 litre of fluid, potentially more depending on size and distribution. Unlike many protective sheets where liquids pool on the surface, this blanket absorbs and retains fluids, helping to shield the surface beneath from moisture, stains and oils. This makes it suitable for sexual play, menstrual protection, incontinence or bedwetting, as a birth and postpartum recovery blanket, or as a durable, cosy pet throw. The outer fabrics are stain- and oil-repellent, so massage oils or lubricants can be used without compromising the underlying bedding.

For care, the Furlush blanket can be washed in a regular machine cycle with cold or warm water; delicate cycles are not recommended, as they may leave the blanket overly saturated. It is tumble-dryer safe for up to 30 minutes or can be air-dried or sun-dried. To preserve the waterproof TPU layer, high temperatures, bleach, fabric softeners and extended drying times should be avoided, as these may cause the membrane to harden or lose effectiveness. Mild, eco-friendly stain removers can be used for stubborn marks. As each blanket is handmade, slight variations in dimensions are possible but do not affect performance.
