Vulvarnés «Dam Harness» size 3 with GLYDE Dams Mix brings together a black oral dam holder and four individual latex dams supplied as a free addition. The harness is worn like an open pair of briefs. Several press studs secure the inserted sheet over the vulva, removing the need to hold it continuously with your hands during oral sex. Elastic straps offer several adjustment points to adapt the fit. Size 3 covers EU clothing sizes 46–50, a waist of 100–145 cm and hips of 125–170 cm.

The mix contains one dam in each of four varieties: black Cola with cola aroma, pink Strawberry with strawberry aroma, ivory Vanilla with vanilla aroma and violet Wildberry with wild berry aroma. The thin, soft sheets are made from natural rubber latex and measure 25 × 15 cm each. They are supplied dry, without lubricant. Their dimensions match the holder, which accommodates oral dams measuring 15 × 25 cm. Each sheet is intended for a single use, while the harness is reusable. A fabric pouch and instructions for use are also included. The holder is made in Spain and the dams in Malaysia.

To choose your size, measure your waist at its narrowest point just above the navel and your hips around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger version for greater comfort. To insert a dam, place the harness around your knees while seated and straighten the straps so they are not twisted. Open the press studs carefully. Attach the sheet at the front first, then along the sides and finally at the rear fastening points. Position the holder over the vulva and adjust the straps. Remove and dispose of the used sheet afterwards. The harness is hand wash only and must not be tumble dried. The fabric pouch is suitable for storage and transport.

The harness does not replace an oral dam; the inserted sheet forms the separating layer between mouth and body. The holder is not suitable for people with a metal allergy. The GLYDE Dams contain natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions, including anaphylactic shock, in sensitive individuals. Do not use them if you have a latex allergy or sensitivity to latex. The dams are not contraceptives and do not protect against unintended pregnancy.

Use each dam once only. Do not use a sheet if its packaging is damaged or after the stated expiry date. Any additional lubricant must be suitable for latex. Store the dams in a cool, dry place away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture. Dispose of used sheets in household waste, never in the toilet or outdoors. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Read the instructions for use and follow the washing instructions.
