How to dispose of batteries

In connection with the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices that contain batteries, we as the seller are obliged to point out the following to you:

As an end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. You can return batteries after use to the seller or to the collection points provided for this purpose (e.g. in municipal collection points or in shops) free of charge. You can also send the batteries back to the seller by post.

The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meaning:

The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin means that the battery must not be disposed of with household waste.

  • Pb = battery contains more than 0.004% lead by mass
  • Cd = battery contains more than 0.002 percent by mass of cadmium
  • Hg = battery contains more than 0.0005 percent by mass of mercury

Just in case

... and because there have indeed already been inquiries about this: No, none of our condoms or lubricating gels are equipped with a battery.

This note only applies to other products (e.g. vibrating cock rings) that actually come with a (small) battery.

Just had to be said.
