Meeting accessibility requirements:

Our online shop is designed to be accessible according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at Level AA to ensure that our offerings are accessible to everyone.

We offer various modes of interaction to ensure that our website can also be used by users with physical, sensory, or cognitive impairments. These include:

• Visual alternatives: All content is accessible without color differentiation, and there are text alternatives for users with visual impairments.
• Manual interaction options: Our digital content can be used without fine motor control or significant hand strength.
• Protection from visual stimuli: We avoid visual stimuli that could trigger photosensitive seizures.
• Support for cognitive impairments: We ensure that features to support cognitive impairments are offered to make use as easy as possible.
• Privacy when using accessibility features: All accessibility features used ensure the privacy of our users.

Some individual pieces of content or features do not yet fully meet accessibility criteria. We are continuously working to identify and eliminate existing barriers.

Content not yet fully accessible:

• The dropdown menu is not yet 100% accessible. However, as an aternative the sitemap can be used in a completely accessible format.
• Some 3rd party plugins (Google Merchant, Trusted Shops) are not yet available in an accessible format; unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it does not affect the functionality and usability of our website.
• We strive to make our content linguistically understandable for all users; however, we cannot rule out the possibility that users with limited reading or language comprehension may occasionally encounter difficulties. Our texts are not certified according to ISO 24495-1 ("Plain Language - Part 1: Principles and Guidelines") or DIN 8581-1 ("Plain Language - Application for German - Part 1: Language-Specific Specifications").

Through regular reviews and adjustments, we ensure that our digital offerings comply with legal requirements and are continuously improved to guarantee high accessibility and security for all users.
