As soon as your first order has been completed, you will receive a discount of 5% of the value of your last order^* on each subsequent order.

Your order is "completed" when:

• you have received your goods
• we have received our money (in the case of cash on delivery shipments only when the amount has been credited to our account).

The discount is calculated from the pure value of the goods (i.e. without any shipping costs) of the last order marked as "completed" in your customer account^*, minus any discounts granted.

The value of any returns will of course be deducted.

The credit is made at checkout - you only see the credit amount in the last step BEFORE your final order confirmation.

* In order to be able to take advantage of the regular customer discount, you must create a customer account.
