For application, the Soft-Tampon should be lightly moistened with water or lubricant and compressed. In a comfortable position, such as squatting or sitting on the toilet, it can be inserted using the indentation at the bottom for easy handling. The tampon naturally fits against the cervix for a secure placement.

Removal is facilitated by gently pressing down to move the tampon lower. The integrated grip loop allows for safe extraction with one finger. If removal is difficult, waiting a few minutes or taking a bath can help.
