Condoms are referred to as "anatomical" if their shape is based on the natural shape of the penis. Anatomical condoms are slightly narrower in front of the glans and sit comfortably on the penis. There are different types of anatomical condoms.
Some condoms have a slightly more curved ("anatomical") shape overall, with only a slight narrowing in front of the glans. How much the condoms are narrowed in front of the glans differs depending on the brand. The top can also be slightly enlarged. Most of the time, the top of the condom is just as wide as the shaft.
